File formats accepted:

• Adobe Illustrator up to CS3
• Adobe Photoshop up to CS3
• Vector based EPS files
• 300dpi CMYK TIFF files
• 300dpi CMYK EPS files
• Press Ready PDF files

Bleed and trims:

• All supplied print files must include a 3mm bleed over the finished size
• Trim marks must also be placed within the final document sent for production.

Please note:

• All fonts to be turned into paths or curves, or to be embedded.
• All colours must be CMYK.
• No PMS or Spot colours allowed, unless specified in print quote.
• All bitmap images must be minimum resolution of 300dpi and CMYK.
• JPEG images are not recommended for print. TIFF files are recommended as an alternative using LZW compression which is not destructive.
• It is recommended that any type should always lie within 3mm of the finished trim area.
• Reversed type (light type on dark background) should be a minimum of 7pt.
• We advise that black text is set up with a CMYK value of 100% black only (no cyan, magenta or yellow).
• We do not recommend or endorse creating print-ready PDF files from any Microsoft Office software.
• No liability will be taken for print-ready files that are supplied by the client.
• Alterations to supplied files will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
