Brief
At-Call Safety came to us as a client by way of a referral from our business coach. At-Call Safety sell a range of safety equipment for industry such as safety footwear, high visibility clothing, eye protection, signs etc. They wanted to increase their customer base and sales turnover.
Solutions
Blue Square Design began by updating their existing logo to give it a more current look while retaining some elements such as colour scheme so their current customers could still associate with the brand.
The next step was to produce a footwear catalog. Due to the different suppliers, the variation in quality of the images supplied by the manufacturers was huge and some images were simply not suitable for print. We completed studio photography on-site of approximately 80% of the products. By shooting the product under similar lighting conditions, this gave a consistent look to all of the products which resulted in the quality of the final printed catalog being far superior. We also did some action shots on location at the Footscray Fruit and Veg markets and at other worksites to show the product in use. Pictures really do speak a thousand words!
Since this first catalog we have produced a range of At-Call Safety projects including; monthly specials flyers, catalogs for specific product brands such as CAT merchandise, and other promotional items such as posters for their showroom. These have all helped to strengthen their brand image.
Results
As a result of the promotional activities we have undertaken with At-Call Safety, they achieved the sales target they were aiming for with the first catalog of 100 new clients. We have
continued to produce A4 catalogs on a quarterly basis which has been fantastic for increasing their average dollar sale.
